It's my experience from fishing these areas and along side these masters of their trade that I get my information. These are fully equipped tournament ready boats with well known Captains and proven reputations for their exceptional catches. If you are new to the game of sport-fishing don't worry, they

will do everything necessary to accommodate your needs and to make your

offshore experience one to remember.

THE FISHING GROUNDS

CORBETANIA; is a small volcanic outcropping of rocks that rises 21 feet above sea level. It's surrounded by a large shallow reef that hold large amounts of bait fish that is the prime food for large predators. Tuna over 300 lbs and Marlin over 1,000 lbs have been caught here. Corbetania lies 32 miles out of Marina Vallarta.

EL BANCO; is a submerged series of underwater pinnacles surrounded by extremely deep water! Like Corbetania, the large concentration of bait fish here consistently produce Giant Yellow finTuna,Black and Blue Marlin as well as incredible bottom fishing.

El Banco lies 54 miles out of Marina Vallarta.

"Finest Kind Sportfishing" offers a choice of four fully equipped boats. Full, 3/4 and half day trips available. Enjoy the the awesome views of Maui, Lanai and Molokai while you fish.

Puerto Vallarta to Huatulco

From inside of Banderas bay leaving MARINA VALLARTA or PARADISE VILLAGE MARINA and at the very South end of the bay is LOS ARCOS, a small headland and area for diving and snorkeling. Other popular spots are MISMALOYA and YALAPA. Heading out the bay you will pass the TRES MARIETAS ISLANDS which is a bird sanctuary as well as a great half day spot for inshore fishing. As you turn South out of the bay passing CABO CORIENTES and out into the weather you can find a couple small anchorages heading toward BARRA DE NAVIDAD. Don't forget to make a pass on the SAND BANK if your planning to fish your way down. Barra De Navidad is another great marina on the Mexican Riviera. From there South you can fish your way down to Huatulco stopping in another great Marina in IXTAPA / ZIUATENEJO. When the time comes to move on you have Acapulco and the quiet but comfortable MARINA CHAUE HUATULCO.
